Is Braxiere suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, we place great importance on skin comfort. We use premium materials that are very soft and breathable, and we design our products with minimal potentially irritating seams for all-day comfort.
Can you wear the Braxiere for sports?
The Braxiere fits perfectly to the body and moves with you without compressing or restricting, making it ideal for low-impact activities (walking, gentle yoga, stretching).
For sports requiring increased support (running, intense fitness), we recommend a dedicated sports bra.
Is it easy to put on, especially for older women or those with reduced mobility?
Yes, threading is designed to be simple and intuitive.
The absence of a back closure and its closure system on the lower side make it easy to put on and avoid contortions, making it particularly practical for everyone, including those looking for maximum ease or who have reduced mobility.
Why are there no clips in the back?
This design choice aims to maximize comfort (no clasps that can get in the way when sitting or lying down) and, above all, to make it easier to put on and take off the bra, making it more intuitive and accessible.
Is the Braxiere bra discreet under clothing?

Is the Braxiere straps adjustable?
No, the straps do not have a traditional manual adjustment system. They are ergonomically designed to fit naturally to your body shape and sit perfectly on your shoulders, providing optimal support and comfort without the need for constant adjustment.

What types of materials are used?
We mainly use high-quality technical microfibers, chosen for their extreme softness, breathability, elasticity and durability.
The exact compositions vary depending on the model. They are detailed on each product sheet.
How do I maintain my Braxiere?
To preserve its shape and qualities, wash your Braxiere preferably by hand or in the washing machine at 30°C maximum, delicate cycle, in its washing net.
Do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not bleach.
Dry flat or line dry recommended.
Shipping and Returns

What are the delivery times?
We strive to ship your orders within 24 hours (excluding holidays).
Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes between 3 and 5 working days to arrive at its destination in Metropolitan France.
What are the delivery costs? Are they free for orders over a certain amount?
Shipping costs are calculated at the time you finalize your order, based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery address.
Good news: home delivery is free for purchases over €150.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to several countries outside of France.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. You will be able to see the options available for your country during the checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, it is sometimes possible to modify or cancel it.
To do this, contact our customer service as soon as possible, stating your order number.
Once the order has been shipped, we will unfortunately no longer be able to intervene.
What is your return policy? How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us if it does not suit you.
The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.
How to make a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service , specifying your order number and the item(s) concerned.
We will then provide you with a pre-paid, customer-paid return label by email and detailed instructions for returning the product to us.
Are return costs covered?
Return costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent) or if the product received is defective.
What if my product is defective or I receive the wrong order?
We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Contact our customer service immediately, attaching a photo of the defect or error if possible.
We will quickly find a suitable solution, such as a replacement of the item or a full refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund after a return?
Once your return has been received and checked by our team (conformity of the item), we will proceed with the refund within 5 days.
The refund will be made via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
If you notice a problem with the delivery (package not received within the abnormal time frame, package damaged), please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and take the necessary steps to resolve the situation (reshipment or refund as appropriate).
