Returning the goods to our headquarters:
You have the option of returning your items to us by Colissimo or Relay Point within 14 days.
These return costs are your responsibility.
The items must be accompanied by your invoice (accessible from your shipping confirmation email or from the “My account” section).
If the goods are returned to our headquarters, only reimbursement is possible.

reimbursement deadlines:
The amount of your refund is directly credited back to the account originally debited.
It will be credited within 1 to 3 days upon receipt of your return package, subject to receipt of the items. A refund confirmation email will then be sent to you.
*In the case of PayPal payment, the reimbursement period is that set by your contract.
For Paypal customers, you also have the option of having your return costs reimbursed!
